I'm so excited for this challenge! After many people have asked me to create a new challenge, I'm here to DELIVER! This challenge will include HIIT and Resistance training to help burn fat and sculpt a booty in the process! 

By joining this challenge, you will have access to:


 Fun Home Workouts that require No Equipment + Gym Modifications: Video demonstrations for every exercise!

You will have 5 Effective Exercise Days (1 HIIT, 2  Booty + Legs + Core, 2 Ultimate Upper Body Days), and a Warm-up and Cool-down stretch each week 

(Working out from Home? want to add resistance for maximum results? Some exercises can be amplified with a resistance band or a max of 2 dumbells)
