THICC + THANKFUL: 6 Week Challenge
I'm so excited for this challenge! After many people have asked me to create a new challenge with more to do, I'm here to DELIVER! This challenge will include HIIT and Resistance Training to help burn fat and sculpt a booty in the process!

By joining this challenge, you will have access to:
⭑ Home + Gym Friendly Workouts with Video Demonstrations for every exercise!
- You will have 5 exercise days (2 HIIT, 3 Booty + Legs + Core), and multiple warm-up and cool-down stretches
- There will be a PHASE 1 (the 1st 3 weeks) and a PHASE 2 (the last 3 weeks) with different exercise combinations for each phase!
- This challenge works BEST when you add resistance! Most exercises can be amplified with a resistance band (booty band), a max of 2 dumbells, or a barbell/ cable tree if you have a gym membership
